• Kastle does not manage these APIs directly but continuously monitors their uptime and performance.
• You can view real-time service status on the Kastle Status Page ↗ .
• If one or more APIs experience downtime, tokens may temporarily disappear from your wallet interface.
• Once the service is restored, the tokens will reappear automatically.

If the status page shows everything operational but your tokens are still missing, reach out on our Telegram Support Channel ↗ and our team will assist.

For Layer-2 networks such as Kasplex or Igra, token data is also provided by each network’s APIs.

• You can check their availability on our Status Page ↗ .
• If a token isn’t visible, try manually adding it via integrated dApps like Zealous DEX — search for the token and select “Add Token.”

• Check the Status Page ↗ for any reported outages.
• Wait a few minutes to allow services to refresh.
• If everything looks normal and tokens still don’t appear, contact us on Telegram ↗ for support.
